Our full terms of service are being finalized. Until they're published here, the summary below covers what to expect when you work with Steady Imports.
What we do. Steady Imports operates as a wholesale and liquidation distributor of brand name inventory for retailers, resellers, and online sellers. Specific terms of any buy or sell engagement are agreed in writing on a per-transaction basis, before any inventory changes hands.
Submissions. Submitting a buyer or vendor application doesn't create a binding agreement or commit either party to a transaction. We'll review your information and follow up to discuss any potential engagement.
Information you submit. Any information you submit through our forms or signup fields is stored in our private database and used only to communicate with you about your request, inventory, and deals. We do not share your information with third parties outside Steady Imports without your direct consent, except where required by law. By submitting information to us, you consent to this use.
Information accuracy. We do our best to keep product descriptions, brand availability, and pricing accurate on this site, but inventory and pricing on closeout and liquidation deals can change quickly. Confirmed terms apply on a per-deal basis.
